In the summer of 1985, two sisters in Calgary launched a simple lemonade stand — learning firsthand the value of hard work, creativity, and connecting with their community.

Nearly forty years later, that childhood venture has grown into Orchid Tap Bar: an elevated mobile tap bar serving nitro-infused drinks, handcrafted lemonades, specialty matcha, and cold brew from a custom cart. The beverages have evolved, but the spirit hasn't.

Today OTB is proudly run by the next generation, blending over 20 years of hospitality experience through our family restaurant, Thai Orchid Room, with the entrepreneurial spark first lit at a lemonade stand four decades ago. You'll find us at golf tournaments, weddings, festivals, and community events — and on the patio of Thai Orchid Room.

More than a beverage cart, Orchid Tap Bar is a celebration of community, family, and creativity — a dream forty years in the making, where every drink honors our beginnings.
